Cultivate’s services build shared infrastructure to support healthy culture & retention at scale, strengthening the social impact ecosystem as a whole. Since Cultivate launched in 2019, we’ve served more than 300 organizations, recruiting more than 20,000 candidates, and placing more than 300 candidates in full-time roles in the social impact sector.
